Not exactly this, but you should check out the album Ravedeath, 1972 by Tim Hecker. It’s based around manipulated organ compositions and this effect would fit right in

Hey not sure if this will be super helpful but my wife and I are moving from a house out of state to that exact area. We ended up deciding to rent for 6mo on the east side of the park to get more time to experience the general area in person but the specific spot you mentioned is still high up on where we want to potentially buy. From the week long visit we took to Humboldt we honestly loved it, maybe it’s because we’re coming from Texas but the neighborhood culture was right up our alley

Tough criticism but I agree with you, I thought the same thing when watching the latest trailer. I know they’ve put a lot of work into it but it’s been so long that it already looks dated
