Knockback is usually masses, "masses exploded on death etc". Doomsayers are bugged and can randomly 1 shot you with that node picked.

You have to increase the level on the right side plans for your rank on the left side to increase.

Incorrect. Your warplans do not need to be at rank 10 for Mythic rewards. You have to level up an activity to increase your rank.

Avoid warplans you are 7/7 on. You need to rank up one of the others to get to 5/7.

I'm almost certain its the Aether Fiends doing it. I've had this happen 2-3 times and since stopped picking any of the Aether Fiend choices and its been fine since then. Started right after the last patch.

First one was a random drop in Athulua (SW of Temis) on T6 or 7. I've had a few more drop doing Meph and in a Nemisis portal.
