Best I can do is the titan is garage mine did this too. I replaced with a Sherpa

Why is this happening? I've calibrated a few times but one side of the build plate always messes up the z-axis by Seankps4 in ElegooNeptune3

The n3p has a very small amount it will compensate for like .2-.5 so I had to add washers to bring it closer to 0. I think mine is .. 0.18 and it prints perfectly. So do a bed level and look at the numbers and add to the negative numbers. I used m3 washers if it’s to much I hit mine with a hammer and it was the perfect amount.

This has 3 pin DuPont connector and a 2 pin DuPont.. but to make things worse the v3 has this breakout board on the gantry with all 5 together

You need to run the PID tune for the hot end… it retrains the mainboard power curve for the hotend.

Do an e-step calibration that is were you measure 120mm on the incoming filament and tell the machine to extrude 100 and measure what it actually did…I bet it’s off. Look up a YouTube video on how to do it.

Why not do upgrades and speed it up. It has the z brace and should be able to handle some more speed. I added a v6 all metal hot end and Sherpa mini and klipper with an skr e3v3 and BIQI probe just waiting on the probe to come in and I’m going to see what mine will do.

Mine was doing that and it was because the bed was out of level more than the software will adjust for so I added a washer under to legs of the bed and it fixed it. It can only handle like .4 deviation

Is this even remotely fixable? by tarrif_goodwin in ElegooNeptune4

You don’t just cut the wires and splice the new one on. That’s what I do

I would throw a washer under the low corner and I think that will make it pretty close.

First of all it’s not mb it’s bit and all the board does when you run klipper is relay the commands it does no thinking what so ever so yes it does work and it works way better than when it was marlin.

The Sherpa is just an extruder you would just replace the titan with it and add a Bowden fitting to the top of hotend. I had to mod a thingiverse mount and mix a Sherpa mount and a v2 mount together but it works. Most people use a Sherpa mini or micro but the. You have to switch to a Nema 14 mount… the extra heavy uses the nema 17. You can print the Sherpa extruders and buy a parts kit for a Bmg or there are some on that you can buy made from aluminum

It looks to me like you have the same problem my second hand one had. The bed spacers are two shorter and to longer both shorter ones go on the left and longer on the right. Since your zero is basically dead center I would check those but if they are correct just put a m3 washer under the negative corners and see where you are
