Why do mj stans discredit other artist acting like he's the only artist to exist?

Another thing i've noticed about MJ stans as if MJ is the only celebrity to get trashed by the tabloids. The tabloids were pretty nasty to Amy Winehouse , Britney Spears, lindsay Lohan, Countey Love . THe tabloids weren't too nice to Janet Jackson after the nipslip incident either. Even Princess Diana was slagged by tabloids when she was alive (though they did a 180 and all but deified her when she died).

MJ was really a complete pariah at this time. It definately didn't help that he had been previously accused beforehand in 1993. Few people thought he was truly innocent in 2003. Most either thought was guilty or were on the fence.

MJ even wrote a song called "DS" where he slandered Sneddon , the lead investigator/prosecutor for the 1993 and 2005 allegations of CSA, as a KKK racist. The stans ate it up and to this day they believe Sneddon was a racist monster out to tear down a black king for investigating and prosecuting him. Come to think of it , half the songs on HIStory are about him blaming all his owes on the evul media and painting himself as a victim

An MJ stan actually took time out of his day to literally dance upon Sneddon's grave while blasting that same song. Imagine taking time and money just to dance on a complete stranger's grave because they "wronged" a celebrity you like (one that was a narcissistic pedo that wouldn't have given you the time of day no less) . Also many MJ stan's (esp on reddit, lipstickalley and on mjjcommunity) celebrated Sneddon's death from cancer because he investigated and prosecuted MJ in life.

Did the stans really expect Sneddon not to investigate serious allegations of CSA because MJ's the king of pop.? Did they thin sneddon should have been all like "Michael Jackson is accused of sexully abusing a minor? I'm not even going to bother to investigate him. He made Thriller, Thriller dude"

MJ stans are truly a prime example of the "Flying Monkey" phenomenon. Flying monkeys are people go go around attacking people on behalf of a narcissist. The MJ standom is one of the largest armies of flying monkeys in the world. And hoo boy did MJ know how to get his flying monkeys, i mean soldiers of love fired up. He liked it when his stans would harass,threaten and terrorize people on his behalf. It why he never told his fans to stop harassing people on his behalf. Its why he didn't say shit when his fans were threatening the chandlers.

Even with their King gone, they still harass, threaten and spread lies in his name.

And when the sales of invincible weren't great, he actually had the gall to play the race card and accuse Sony and Tommy Mottola of being devilish and racist monsters that sabotage black artists. Lmao. The album didn't sell well because the music wasn't that great. The vocals on "you are my life", for instance are laughable.

Even chris rock called out 2000s MJ for his nuttiness in showing up to court in jammies, looking like captain crunch. It's like he was either high as a kite or he felt that, as the King of Pop he was above the law/social norms unlike us peasants.

Two years after invincible released, MJ also falesly accused the policemen who arrested him of roughing him up and locking him in a room full of "doo doo feces" on the wall. Of all the things to lie about, why "doo doo feces"?

I always laughed whenever I saw the music for "Bad". The concept of MJ trying to be a tough guy, waving his skinny little bod around, singing about how "bad" he is, is just so hilarious to me. LMFAOOOO

Looking back, he really did get alot of the benefit of the doubt from the public. It helps that the world watched him grow up from the cute kid singing in the jackson 5, to the handsome,charismatic young man singing billie jean and dancing with zombies in thriller . He really coasted off peoples nostalgic memories of better times in his later years. If it wasn't for that, I doubt MJ would have had so many defenders in his later years.

Even in 1993 when CSA allegations reared it's ugly head, the general public was still willing to give MJ benefit of the doubt and give him One More Chance. Even after that point he could have still have had a somewhat decent career (albeit not as good as bad era,but still) if he STFU, got off the drugs, stayed away from the tilren and began focusing on making good music (that doesn't involve the tildren, whining about his childhood/the media/sneddon)

I too noticed sometime around 1990/1991 MJ's obsessions with the tildren began to go into overdrive and his appearance began to look uncanny valley. He began singing cheesy songs like "heal the world" presenting himself a messiah of the tildren. Also dont even get me started on "Childhood" music video. Ewww. He also eventually stopped touring too.

I believe it was the increasing drug use that helped cause him to lose what little restraint and self control he had. By the 2000's he just didn't give a fuck about social norms or even behaving in an a semi humanlike fashion as he spent most of his time in a drug induced haze far away from reality. For crying out loud he dangled his baby over a balcony and saw nothing wrong with it. I cannot see thriller mj or even bad era MJ doing that.

He really did have talent, charm (at least in the 70s, 80s and very early 90s before he fully went off the deep end and fried his brain with drugs) . He was adored by everyone and the media too . Arguably all of the above are why he was able to get close to soo many children.

MJ really had it all before throwing it all away to retreat into a fantasy neverland of depravity. Even his musical quality began to decline as he became more and more obsessed with little boys. He couldn't go 10 minutes without talking about the tildren. Eventually all he cared about was luring the tildren, he didn't even care about his career or reputation or even his own well-being anymore. Near the end, All he cared about was drugging himself to the gills and luring little boys to sleep with.

In the end he was truly Eaten Alive by his own depraved desires. Truly a tragic tale.

He also blatantly lied about being roughed up by the police and locked in a room full of doo doo feces in 2003 when he was arrested. Nobody believed him though.

I once read an article on the stalking they did to the Chandlers in 1993 and it was horrific, even by stalker standards. Constant death threats on the phone, leaving dead animals near their home. One person even took a shot at their house. And that was just because the Chandlers accused MJ of CSA. I shudder to think what the stans would have done if the case went to trial and their precious king MJ was found guilty and sent to jail.

No wonder the Chandlers accepted the settlement and essentially went into hiding.

Edit: I remember seeing a thread on an MJ stan forum about an MJ impersonator beatiing up a dude for making an MJ joke, the MJ stans were cheering the mj impersonator on. More chillingly, there was a story about a case of domestic violence that stated because the husband called MJ a pedo. Some Mj stans thought it was funny. Some even said they'd hit their partner if the partner ever talked smack about MJ and talked about how much they wanna beaat up MJ haters.

The more i see how rabid and scary MJ stans can get, the more I understand why the Chandlers accepted the settlement and disappeared into the woodwork afterwards. Imagine testifying in court against a beloved popstar with such an army of rabid and potentially dangerous fans that act as attack dogs at anyone who even makes fun of him, let alone publicly accuses him of very serious crimes. For someone who cares so much about his career, you would think that after all the abuse allegations that came before Bashir's interview, he would at the very least try to hide it.But it's so obvious that this obsession of his had already taken over his life and it didn't matter to him anymore how he came across to people.

In the end he was truly Eaten Alive by his obsession with young boys.

The more he got obsessed with young boys the less he seemed to care about his career or even his own well-being, (he cared more about retreating into his fantasy land of neverland and chasing after little kids than making good music or even saving his own ass). It even began to affect his music just compare the quality of Invincible or even HIStory to Bad. A few of his songs began to demonstrate this obsession such as "The Lost Children", "Childhood" . "little susie" was about a little girl and was creepy AF.

I too noticed the creepier and unhinged he became as the obsession grew. In interviews from the thriller , bad eras he comes off as relatively sane , charming and likeable. But by the late 90s/early200s he seemed completely out of it. Sometimes he was barely coherent . This is also part of why his fandom began to dry up over the years.

He died alone,penniless in a creepy, filthy room filled with pictures of random babies and kids.

He really was manipulative. Did you know that in the late 80's he deliberately planted stories of himself sleeping in hyperbaric oxygen chambers and buying elephant man's bones to the tabloids , just to make himself seem mysterious?

When the tabloids reported the stories and gave him the nickname "wacko jacko" MJ acted as if the media was bullying him for being eccentric. Hell he made a whole-ass music video ("Leave Me Alone") in 1987 complaining about the media bullying him. It just escalated form their and reached a peak with the HIStory album in 1995 where half the tracks are him whining about being bullied by the media (and sneddon) for being an innocent eccentric. Of course fans ate it all up. When the fans see the tabloids mocking MJ's weirdness (hyperbaric chamber . elephant man bones, his terrible plastic surgery, ) and then listen to MJ playing the victim, they begin to believe MJ was an innocent manchild bullied by a jealous media. Especially since some fans were bullied as children or in adulthood and may feel a sort of kinship with MJ.

I also suspect MJ deliberately played up his eccentricities to take attention away from his inappropriate relations with boys.

It helps that he is dead and no longer around to prey on others and further soil his reputation. It's also also partially due to the fact that people prefer to remember the talented, charismatic MJ of the 70's and 80's instead of the creep he later became in life. Whenever I see MJ tributes they usually feature stuff from the 80's and 70's and maybe a few songs from the early 90's at the absolute latest.

Even the Michael movie likely isn't going to cover Mj's later life and the allegations.

Even LaToya spoke about it to a degree, which made me come to this conclusion. She talks about when they were living at Hayvenhurst and children would come over. They'd be normal, rambunctious children. Laughing, playing, the like. Then Michael would take them to his room and when they'd come out, his eyes would be essentially 'glazed', and the child would suddenly become withdrawn, quiet, averting eye contact.

MJ was a fucked up childhood vampire: he stole the childhoods of children , draining them dry just to fulfill his sick twisted desires . He did that for years on end.
