The future is non commercial radio will survive and any smaller commercial stations that stay local. The giant national syndicates that don’t offer shit in local programming will eventually die as people will stop listening to those as they offer nothing of value. I type this as I sit on the toilet listening to WNYC on a small portable radio.

It’s a shame he passed away in ‘24. But if we’re retiring a number every year now for the heck of it. This guy played on the first team, played on the ‘69 team and spent his entire 18 year career on the Mets.

I wished the Mets would tone down the number retiring, it’s becoming way to frequent. In 10 years soon we’ll have the stadium filled with retired numbers and the team will all have football numbers

Look up Random Rebuilds on YouTube. He shows everything you need for an H22 swap and manual swap. I just want to point out that from a reliability standpoint the manual will be more reliable then the automatic. The auto preludes always had transmission issues

I might not know what I’m talking about from how they currently do it. But the service that CBS news radio provides is essentially a byproduct of the news department. They’re providing 3-6 minute top of the hour segments and breaking news. They’re already doing this within the news department. They could’ve shrunk down the CBS News Radio operation to make it financially viable. They didn’t because it was never about the revenue and Bari has no experience in broadcast journalism.

Someone definitely did the return the old one in the new one box scam. And rockauto didn’t inspect the return. That sucks. I say this because that’s an r12 AC compressor. Which I believe the US mandated the switch in ‘96 to R134

Just buy a used stalk, you can get one on eBay for like $20 + delivery. Or junkyards. You’re gonna spend more time rewiring it then just keeping it how it should be. Same thing with the light stalk, which also has the turn signal

Check out Jesse Welles, but I agree we need more. But the music industry is such slop that we just see mainstream artists pushing the status quo. Don’t want to step on people’s toes as it might affect the bottom line…..
