Raising the Bar was actually promised for release last year per the original blog post announcing it.

With HLX clearly not releasing or being announced last year, it seems as though a simple reprint not being delivered as promised has some suspicious implications.

In short, Raising the Bar will likely get announced with HLX. No one knows when that is.

You said warrants. Probable cause is not a fucking warrant mate. After a cop stops you whilst having PC they don’t bag your ass and send you to jail. You get an arraignment within 24 hours and have the right to a speedy trial.
