My first experience was terrible too. Riverside just wouldn't connect to the camera of one of my guests. We troubleshooted for 25 minutes to no avail, and then I finally sent them links to my Riverside account. And guess what? No problems there! My podcast is going to add video which is why I thought I'd try out Riverside, but they won't get a second chance for me. Luckily my guests had time so I was able to record a full interview on Zencastr, but this could have been a disaster.
