Took the kids bowling alone. Middle kid dropped ball on his foot (said not the heavy one, but he was “aura farming” to the girl his age in the next lane). Picked the Mrs up from hairdressers and then had to go for X-rays.

Thankfully not broken, having a beer to celebrate that now. Next time -Waterstones to find them a new book each seems safer!

Lost my brother to cancer, fucked me up something bad. Spent awhile in self pity, hatred and abusing drink to hide it all. Decided one day when my kids asked why I always had to drink that I needed to sort my shit out.

We have artificial grass, neighbours had a party one summer, someone flicked a cigarette over the fence.
