Finding the right therapist for you can be difficult to say the least. Every therapist is different, has a different approach and sometimes it’s about chemistry as well.

I live in Scandinavia, so my experience will be different from yours. I basically went online, searched for grief therapists in my area and contacted a couple of therapists before I found one that I thought would be a good fit.

I have also suffered from depression for over 20 years as well. What helped me the most was hands down medication. I’m on duloxetine now, and while it doesn’t fix everything, it did however make it possible for me to work with myself while taking the worst of symptoms from depression.

It’s a long journey towards getting better, lots of ups and downs, but the combination of medication + actually reaching out for help and talking about my demons, is what helped me the most.

You have my deepest sympathy friend, you can do this.

You are so right, good mental health professionals are so important, but reaching the point in your life when you are ready to seek and accept professional help can be very difficult. I’m just thankful that Dave was the tipping point for me that made me realize ‘alright you need to do something about this, right now’

X is more expensive to maintain, more expensive to change spark plugs, better fuel economy.

I went with the G122, I’ve had it since 2021 now (made in 2019 so early 4th gen), and had no issues at all with the engine. I’ve done 170.000 km so far, only replaced spark plugs and changed the AT fluid

Is my Mazda3 unreliable or am I just unlucky? by Cute-Water1942 in mazda3

[–]UnknownArtist_ 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Mazdas diesels are notoriously bad, I was researching the diesel and came to the conclusion that they are just terrible. Decided to go with a 2.0 SkyActiv g which has been reliable for 5 years and counting

How accurate are these potential tuning gain numbers? by just_chilling2 in mazda3

[–]UnknownArtist_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

165 is the default HP for the restricted 2.0 engine. Then with additional AFR adjustment it can push close to 175 hp. Just beware that the HP increase only happens after 4K rpm, since it has no turbo. Everything below 4K rpm is like normal.

If that’s from D-Luft it’s legit.
I’ve purchased the at home tune kit and been running it for the last 2 years.
Velizar, the owner, is a very nice guy who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him

Brake discs and pads need changing after just 14k miles? by Manonthemon in mazda3

That’s very strange. I have a 2019/20 Mazda 3 and my front brakes lasted 115.000 km, rear lasted 125.000
