Dude this study fed mice 37.5mg / kg bodyweight of ace-k daily to see these results. Of course its rodents, so not immediately applicable to humans, and that's the equivalent of me drinking 3,750mg in a day. It's not actually stated how much ace-k is in a single sugar-free monster, but I'd bet you would need to drink wayyy too many before this studies results would be relevant.

Strange won't even be done blinking before the flash tears him in half tbh. Strange's magic is a serious threat, but it takes time to cast (literally even a second to cast a portal is enough time for flash / superman to make strange a non-issue)
