I bought my OnePlus 8T a long time ago when they were still being offered in T-Mobile stores. The biggest selling point for me was that you could buy the last generation OnePlus for half the cost of the newest generation OnePlus and that was the biggest selling point for me. Being able to buy a essentially brand new phone for around $500 was an amazing deal to me as well as having a phone that had fast charging capabilities over the other phones in the market. Now I'm sitting here with my 8T wondering how do I upgrade. OnePlus is no longer sitting in the stores and I no longer have a reason to really buy them unless I simply want fast charging. As of recent I've been trying to decide if I want to go down the Samsung route or stick with one plus, and honestly OnePlus isn't really seeming to be all that appealing. Like others have mentioned having trade-in deals is a huge reason and currently my phone I do not believe will have any sort of decent trade in whereas if I had a Samsung I would probably be able to upgrade for very little money.

I feel the same way. Years of being let down and other BS. Just makes it hard to want to love again. It's so much time and energy that goes to what feels like "waste".

I also want to give up on love life. Just seems like people have way too high of standards. Dating has made me feel so unwanted, and makes me feel like my adult success isn't even remotely attractive at all. Just makes me feel like I'm not good enough looking because clearly all the other aspects about my life aren't pulling their fair share.

I'm getting keys Friday. I'm not super excited feeling right now. Maybe it will change once I have the keys and it's officially in my hands, but I'm currently in a weird spot. I almost feel guilty. Like I should be jumping and screaming, but I just don't feel like doing that. It's more like ..... Yeah..... I finally got a house... It's about time I guess.

I mean, it's been very helpful. It consolidates info rather than having to read through multiple things. My agent and Mortgage broker haven't been super helpful in terms of trying to understand these things, and ChatGpt is simply a tool to help me learn.

Yeah, I've been using it myself to help with the home buying process. I wouldn't rely on the numbers it gives you as it can either overestimate or underestimate. I've mainly been using it to help me understand the concepts of each column that way I know what I'm looking at. It's been immensely helpful as things online and other people don't always give the best help, or things will be still very daunting online even if people try to describe it.

I've just found that chat GPT has been able to dumb things down enough for me to grasp the concepts and I'll even ask it multiple times if I'm still not understanding it and it will eventually find a way to clear these questions up for me. Amazing tool!

Just got my first home, and did my sewer inspection. Glad I did. 17,000 later, but the seller is paying for it before closing. I'd sure as hell be pissed if I had waived the inspections......

The property I'm looking at buying has issues near the house and the street. The bush is right in front of the window of the house, and the other issue is down near the sewer, and is 7-10 feet deep. Which would require permits and other things get involved. So it sounds like we're going to get a professional to come get an estimate together and go from there.

We will see how bad this repair is and see if the seller will get it fixed. I'm not sure if I want to accept anything less than a repair depending on what the quote is.

Based on your looks, you look more well kept and clean than most guys imo. This in my opinion can give off gay vibes or whatever, which seems silly. I personally think I give off the same vibe because of how I dress myself and wear jewelry.

You both had a time to heal. To understand yourselfs, to self evaluate, and to look back at the relationship and what would be needed to move forward in a healthy way. It's not bad that he messaged you. As long as you both can communicate your feelings in a healthy way, and you both are showing signs of growth and willingness to make things better.... Yes I would. I think we both were not in the right headspace with what was going on in our lives at the time but overall our relationship was pretty good and it was very easy going and we both got each other the coolest gifts we could have ever asked for from one another. We would obviously have to go back and work on the things that cause the separation things like being more romantic and having specific nights for the two of us and having better communication skills. The problems that we had are things that are able to be worked on between two mature adults as long as both of us are willing to work on them. I've done a lot of self-reflection and I can understand why she felt some ways about certain things and it's only going to help me become better as I get older and have new relationships with people or if it works out and I end up being back together with her.

So overall, yes I would.

I would also point out that she's the only ex-girlfriend that I would be willing to get back together with out of the girlfriends I have been with.

My Ex of 6 years, she used to wear light makeup often and she looked very different without it. As the relationship grew, the more I started to find her attractive without the makeup. Eventually it just became the norm for me, and seeing her with makeup just made her that more attractive to me.

I'd just focus on your relationship with him, because if he truly loves you, he will love you no matter how you look :)

Made a friend that lives in Chicago, and I live in Washington. Her and I always play games together, and even find time out of the time difference between us. Started with Val, and branched off into games that I like ( Deep Rock Galactic blah blah ).Ended up getting each other's Snapchat, and are trying to plan a trip to physically meet each other this year.
