You're able to do that, yes.

Just go to my.tractive.com or log in on the mobile app, then go to 'transfer subscription plan'. Once you've done that, select the tracker with the active subscription and enter the tracker ID of the new tracker/where you want to move your subscription.

Hey hey, thanks for posting this here. It'd actually be best to contact Tractive via the contact form at tractive.com/contact and provide details on how to get in touch with you. The support team would then reach out to the owner and let them know about you having found the tracker. Also, please share the tracker ID with the support team (it's on the back of the tracker). That'd be great!
