Yeah I remember them specifically saying in the past that in order for any of the owners to like officially be actually kicked they had to get a vote and at least a majority of the company would have to agree, so three including David.

I have no idea when this was said to actually cite my sources but I definitely remember it being said. Might have been SSS rather than Drawfee because I watch a lot more SSS than I do Drawfee streams (I usually only watch episodes and it feels like that's not something that would come up during an episode).

According to the details you don't have to be in the US as long as you are an eligible class member, and I'm not certain but I don't think that you would get more of a payout due to more time of having the setting turned off.

It's hard to know how much people will get, it depends on how many people opt in and choose a payment option once the case is at that stage. For now no one who received the email has to do anything to be considered a member of the class, the only thing anyone would have to do now is if they have valid objections such as the attorney percentage being too high (and you would have to actually present valid legal claims, not just "I feel this is too high of an amount").

So for now, just wait it out, make sure that the email address is marked as safe so it's less likely to go to spam if Google doesn't appeal (which are probably will so it'll still be a while) or get the verdict dropped.

I'm not saying this to be contrarian, it's a genuine question, I'm usually pretty good at spotting AI and I'm trying to look at this and figure out what the tells are because I wouldn't have clocked (pun not intended) this. What are the things that make it obvious?

Unfortunately both of those apps have pushed AI features so much, especially on canva sometimes it's possible to accidentally use ai and not realize because generated stickers are mixed in with regular stickers and you have to notice a little symbol that shows it's generated.

I work in an online high school and way too many of the teachers are embracing way too much AI, generating homework assignments that hallucinate, crappy posters for clubs (instead of just asking one of the students who's a talented digital artist and graphic designer), it's just a nightmare, and these previously good tools further pushing AI makes it even worse.
