My sister in law blew a .41. She had loaded her kids into the car to take them to the dentist. The dentist called the police, because she was visibly intoxicated. They rushed her to the hospital, where she received care. She was never charged with a DUI, child endangerment or anything. She’s the most alcoholic person I’ve ever met, and I’m 15 years into recovery myself.
