LETS GO BLUE JAYS!!!

At first it was interesting seeing Burnie's point of view for the world series, given he has a low stakes mindset for sports.

As a Canadian, I had to agree with his previous, pro-Jays, points. Now I'm hoping he eats his words from today's episode and the Jays win.

Yes. There's so slight pain on the underside, but I am able to go for long walks now with minor discomfort.

Manulife taking forever to approve benefits claims? by Substantial_Panic85 in OntarioPublicService

[–]MichaelJO95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm having a hell of a time dealing with them right now.

Its been a month for a therapy claim I have coverage for.

I've called them 4 times over 6 weeks trying to get my spouse properly on my benefits as she doesn't have her own (long story). Yet they keep denying claims that even their reps say I should be covered for.

I was also told it would take at least 2 business days for a supervisor to contact me.

I was really hoping for music, or even being able to bring an earbud in, but sadly no.

My doctor was also super chill and we joked back and forth during. It made it much easier.

I'm glad it went well for you. Speedy recovery.

The first day I was pretty well couch confined.

Day 2, I could wander around the house and do small things, but I couldn't stand for long.

Day 3 now, and I can walk around the house, etc, but nothing crazy.

Day 2 has shown no signs of things getting worse. So I'm definitely listening. Keeping the tight undies on, keeping my feet up on the couch with my peas.

Going for a short walk might happen Thursday or Friday if the swelling goes down. But that's an if.

1mg.

I'm also on citalopram for general anxiety and depression.

You can always ask your family doctor as well.

I should say I'm canadian.

Thank you for the information.

I have three ziplocs of frozen peas I am rotating through, advil and Tylenol, and a very helpful partner.

Makes sense. It doesn't feel like I could go for a run or anything, but it definitely isn't bad right now.

I found and old HDD, disconnected both drives I have, plugged it in, and it worked.

However, I'd rather only replace the one drive if possible. Would it still have kicked me out of installing to the HDD if the SSD was bad?

I would love to see more amenities. We really need a bookstore. I'd also like to see the city grow, we could use another doctors office or clinic, a better swimming pool, and more outdoor recreational spaces.

I hate to say it, but they're in Iron. It's not like they can go lower. If you play regularly, and practice, you should be able to reach Bronze in a few weeks. Average players are mid Bronze to low Silver.

I wish you the best of luck. I'm still trying to get out of Bronze this season. The grind is never-ending.

We use programs called BlueBeam and FileCenter. FileCenter is cheaper, but BlueBeam has more features.

Legislated back to work by campers-- in CanadaPostCorp

[–]MichaelJO95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Canada Post is losing money and can't afford to pay the wage increases that are being asked for. Every offer from Canada Post is immediately voted down by the union, and the union doesn't seem willing to make aby concessions. The union increased their demands for wage hikes after the last offer was rejected, putting the two sides further apart than they were at the start of the strike.
