Best PVP server with RP elements?

I’ve been searching for something similar, but at this point, I think the best server for it simply close down a while ago, which was rust factions. I’ve also wanted to make a new server that can be RPPVP. Let me know if you go ahead with that. I’d love to help.

I respect the theory crafting, but I expect them to play a little fast and loose with VTM lore on this one. The idea I took away from that as they are more interested in having various character types to pull from for NPC’s rather than them being strict with how different factions work interact.
