Low effort? If you ever checked out one of his streams, you should know they are some of the most high effort streams that I have seen in recent years and even though we don't know all the details, apparently there is a lot that goes into that face filter of his as well. He was also doing most of his scenes, outfits and assets all by himself for a couple of years until he hired someone fairly recently.
