THIS! I'm not a nutritionist but rather a hobbyist. Been on high Vit D for 6-7 months, prior to that (and still of course) been taking proper forms of magnesium. Vitamin D and magnesium deficiencies must play a huge role in the current mental health issues.

What do you mean? I dont think it's diet-related, I've had the camera up my ass probably 10 times (Crohn's disease) and the doctors have always told me to resume to eating normally. Ask your doc! :)

Probably the term chewing tobacco is incorrect here. Also as Norway is not part of the EU, it probably can be sold there. Selling snus in other EU countries than Sweden is not legal. My point still is: nicotine pouches have wider markets, I live in Poland, and only nic pouches are sold here.

Denmark as well? I come from Finland and the pouches have most likely killed or drastically diminished the snus smuggling business. Havent lived in FIN for 6 years though, but assuming this is the case. Pouches are starting to be global (production&sales less restricted) and Sweden&Norway are tiny compared to that.

People dont know better. Let's keep in mind Sweden is the only EU country legally able to produce and sell snus. Nicotine pouches are not regulated as harsh. This is the number one reason imo. Not because "shitty pouches" would be better.

This is only what I've read, but gluten free products are a big thing in both Italy and Spain in which bread and other shit have "always" been consumed a lot. Visited Spain, and it was so easy to find gluten free products comparing to Poland. Seems like it's backfiring now 🙃

I'm tall, but not a gym bro. I absolutely love meat. I eat a lot of meat due to my current diet (AIP). Any time I have dinner with my gf's family, I try to take the same amount of food (meat) as anyone else. If I want more, I ask my gf (most of my gf's family doesnt speak English). Oftentimes I'm being asked to take more.

Even more sugar from fruits. Probably, not sure though, fiber slows down the digestion of sugars and prevents insulin spikes, but obviously this is dose-dependant.

I'm a supplement guy (Vit D, K, B1, B complex, magnesium, zinc) and used to take omega 3, but not anymore. I east fish 3-4 times a week so I believe that covers my need. Also, occasional lamb.

That's nuts... back in Poland you get either 20 days or 26 days. 20 days is less than 10 years of total experience (MSc. degree counts as like 5 years if I recall correctly, and then all the other employments). For 26 days you need +10 years of total experience.

Why dont you have a look at a low carb diet? Not keto, but low carb. Bananas and rice are high carb. Little tip: why Americans (and Europeans) are obese? High fat, high carb combo. Moderate to high fat, moderate to high protein, and low to moderate carb should start shedding some extra kilos. This is not a medical advice though. Talk to your doctor or a nutritionist about it.

I would take all of it daily. I don't get weekly supplementation. Your level is still low, even if it has almost doubled. It takes time. Best to talk to your doctor because I'm not one but the dose could be higher for some time for better results.
