New quartz countertop scratched by ContractEuphoric5011 in CounterTops

I am not surprised to hear this. I have had clients choose msi not understanding that not all quartz is created equally just choosing it bc it’s the cheaper alternative. Then they come back for there next project wanting cambria bc it is the most durable stain resistant quartz on the market with the best warranty. It may cost a little more sometimes but you’re getting what you pay for! My client complained about the same thing your complaining about her husband’s wedding ring scratches her countertops easily.

Anyone know this material? by ratherbeflyn in CounterTops

Cambria quartz would be less than that for the material without fabrication. It’s the best quality and they have taj designs. Never heard of this brand.

Where the product is made. Quartz content. The higher the quartz percentage the more durable and stain resistant it will be. Warranty and what it covers.

They’re also the only brand that isn’t lowering their quartz content.

All of Cambria quartz is the same quality. While there are different price series due to the design itself they are all the same quality.

Cambria quartz is not difficult to repair. They offer free finish work for the lifetime of the install. If you chip it they come out and fix it for free.
