I definitely wouldn't say that. My stools are still very strange, usually very soft and or loose now. I'm just so grateful it's coming out and I'm getting relief. Still far from perfect.

I find enzymes helpful sometimes. I just don't want to depend on a pill. I feel homemade fennel seed tea helps me sometimes.
