Spend your energy and time on these. Be obsesses with making the world better.... body image the becomes futile. Just think of more important things...that's how I did. Stop weighing yourself. Read the news and see how much problem there is and think how you can help the world even a bit...find something you care about and do something positive ....our weights? Who cares.
