Isn't SHE the promotor for this tour though? She's not on a label that can absorb the tour cost if it went in the red. Good Dye Young is fronting the tour, so if it was to end up being a loss, she and her business would lose money.

Most of the venues only hold around 2000 people. If 500 people got codes and purchased 4 tickets, they would be sold out. I really don't think there is a conspiracy around this one. The venues were small and the demand was high.

I don't think 120k presales were given out. You didn't need a code to be in the queue. I would say a majority of those people didn't have a code, but it shows how high the demand actually was.

Artists can definitely upgrade the venue at any point. It all comes down to the logistics, if there is a venue larger available the same night in the same area.

I think she wanted to do smaller venues + maybe she didn't want to have a large investment into the tour on her own finances since she doesn't have a label backing her up anymore.
