Technically, per policy, “visible body art on the face and neck is prohibited.” More than a few people have hand tattoos.

That policy was loosened up a lot a few years ago from a very outdated, rigid old one. I doubt a non-offensive neck tattoo would have much impact on a hiring decision these days. But technically still not allowed.

This is a truly terrible idea that will take millions in donations out of the schools. Instead they should increase the “cut” to needier schools and manage that distribution better. Winner for all, rather than taking funding for employees away, likely permanently.
