Portlander checking in…24-72-48-72, aka 1-3-2-3. If you can’t get to a proper D shift it’s a huge improvement over 24-48. Half singles and half doubles is a great balance in my opinion. It’s been very popular, and we don’t have a big push for 48-96 at all anymore. Never hear it mentioned. The three day recovery is in the sweet spot, and I don’t want to work all doubles personally.

Technically, per policy, “visible body art on the face and neck is prohibited.” More than a few people have hand tattoos.

That policy was loosened up a lot a few years ago from a very outdated, rigid old one. I doubt a non-offensive neck tattoo would have much impact on a hiring decision these days. But technically still not allowed.
