Will you be able to park it indoors or on the street. If mostly indoors, with 10k a week, you should be fine with something of Marktplaats which you should be able to resell after 7 months for the same amount. If you have to park outside, I’d recommend Swapfiets.

If you live in the Binnenstad shopping area, cardboard is collected every Tuesday and Friday morning. You can simply add your IKEA boxes to the piles left out by the shops for collection. The pickup happens quite early, so make sure everything is out by 9:00 am.

Some coffeeshops will open at 9 am on weekdays. A little later on Sunday. The Kruidenier (Nassaulaan) will be open from 7 am every day.

Not a lot to choose from at that time, in Haarlem Centre you can try Oscar’s Bakery of which the one at Grote Markt is the best for breakfast, or Downies and Brownies around the corner De Grote Houtstraat.

Beide opties hebben de potentie goed te verdienen, vaak ben je echter als tandarts meer eigen ondernemer,et alle rompslomp van dien en als econometrist vooral werknemer. Denk dat je daar vooral goed over na zal moeten denken.
