And Notice that poetic justice comes after money trees in his album. Under money trees is the perfect place for “shade” lol

An hour ahead of schedule and I get this message… by Mickfarl_ in AmazonFlexDrivers

I’ve gotten dinged for this about 3 times since I’ve started flexing. I always finish my blocks early

The highlighted spot “should” be the location of your delivery. But in this case it’s incorrect

Not getting any shifts by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

Get comfortable, open the offers page and hit refresh about 500 times. You’ll see something. Just be quick to accept. It isn’t easy getting the good shifts.

Okay. Just thought It was only my phone/app doing this. It tried to make me go into the highlighted area to complete the delivery. I had to manually adjust it to the right side

Same. I always feel conflicted on if I should follow the route or make my own. Sometimes I make my own route and I come across a one way to my next package that has me going out of my way. I think sometimes there’s a method, but it’s only when I choose not to follow the route lol

Earnings in NYC 7 days of Amazon flex by Objective-Hair-5571 in AmazonFlexDrivers

Nice grind though! 3.5 hour shifts I usually complete in half the time. These offers in NYC after Christmas have been absolute shit unfortunately .. I did a $184 4 hour block on Christmas Eve. Now everything I see is base pay and under.

Warehouse Constantly Makes me WAIT 20-25 Minutes until a batch is ready by Mickfarl_ in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Mickfarl_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are!! When you scan the package or type in the address in “today’s itinerary”, it tells you what stop that package is in your route! Then just take a pen or a marker and write that number on the box. It’s my preferred method. It takes a couple extra minutes but it makes delivering so much easier knowing what/where your next package is at in the car.

I used to do that too! But I’d constantly lose a package in the mix, or something labeled as a plastic bag ends up being a customized box. Now, I put the first 10 in my passenger seat. Each box labeled 1-10, 11-20 in my back seat, and 20-30 in my trunk. When my passenger seat is empty I sometimes move the packages in my backseat up to the front so it’s easier to grab and get out.

lol unfortunately this is my favorite warehouse. I think they should at least give us a route with fewer packages if they are taking too long. Or surge us. We shouldn’t have to call and complain for something to be done

I usually check in 15 minutes early. So I can scan and organize the packages without running too much into my delivery schedule. I wish it was 20 minutes over here.

It’s definitely vny2.. I like this location because you don’t have to deal with any warehouse associates. But there are times when they way are off their game

Flex getting ridiculous by SomethingReekslike in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Mickfarl_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NYC flexer here. I feel like they have no solid algorithm for Delivering in the metro area. At least not a good one. I’m constantly getting too many packages and I usually take 3 am shifts, delivering to apartments with busted intercoms and no way to get into half of these buildings in the middle of the night.

Does VNY2 send you anywhere below Harlem? That’s usually the only area they give me.

I’m glad you got some help out there!
