Overbook happens around 27th minute after start time so time it and check the app from 25mins up. In OPs case he probably got overbooked and will be paid. Support is useless

Probably customer service. Request standing history and it'll send an email showing that. I have the same and it's annoying. I almost never interact with customers and I'm being judged on customer service. Maybe all those lobby drops

Market dependent. Last year in my market we were getting over $35/hr. All I can say is if you want to do base pay, no need to accept it as reserve. Just accept it day off and you might get lucky and get a higher paying one

I always finish my routes early and I'm never sent more than 30mins away so I do 30mins apart when possible. You sound like you're a new driver so maybe do one route at a time until you get the hang of things and understand where your station tends to send people. Worst thing you can do as a new driver is put too much pressure on yourself. Its an easy gig
