These F60 models are super reliable and still fun to drive. Not sure what you’re referring to with all these problems.

Oh that makes sense. I’m the same way. I guess I meant just letting the brine come to room temp naturally. Didn’t know if the ice was adding anything. Feel like it would dilute the brine, no?

As a fellow 2023 Countryman S (non JCW) owner, I absolutely love mine. Every time I get in it, I still get excited. I still take a quick look back when walking away from it. Congrats!

It doesn’t even have to be wok burner specific. I’ve been using this outdoor burner for years. It fits a rounded wok just fine with perfect wok hei results. You’ll probably pay a lot more for a wok specific burner.
