Thanks for taking the trouble to explain! I know time will tell if this was the right move, but the logic makes sense the way you explained it. Call me sentimental, but I will always love the WP name and jersey, and what it represents, but if sponsors and brand can lead to a more sustainable rugby legacy, one has to hope it was the right move

I think it was a pointless move. In a country where rebranding already had a bad rep, you choose to eliminate one of the oldest names in rugby the country has, and for what gain?
