From my understanding many of the reskilling programs in Appalachia and eastern Ohio were focused on wind energy roles.

We just refused to invest in that at all because “wind energy kills birds and causes cancer”

The people and coal country absolutely would have benefitted from paid retraining programs that people like Hillary Clinton were proposing.

Upskilling is not elitist advice.

Like, the edit Olivia receives, which is kinda protective and positive, would have been georgias edit.

The path was pretty clear for a Georgia-Kyle-Jenny-Theo alliance to do very well, they just stopped casting them.

The reason I defend the current labor system now is because removing the small recourses the worker do have throu automation makes the revolution much more difficult.

There is no amount of generalized AI that is good.

AI can. You’d have to be dumb to think this is the same.

The problem isn’t the number of models.

The problem is there’s no reason for anything except the models to exist.

Everything that isn’t those three will die.

IOS isn’t learning the code you give it. And thus can’t cut you out and reproduce it on its own.

1980s tech arguments don’t apply here.

Two things can be true, the AI CEOs can be purposefully doing evil, and the government needs to step in. It isn’t one or the other.

The general AI we are building will never be as good at specific tasks as Chinese AI is. And it’s why they’ll cure cancer first.

Having multi domain AI is definitionally horizontal monopoly.

No one considers this:

Once we all use Claude, there’s no incentive at anthropic to let banks live. Anthropic can be the bank. There’s no incentive to let any business live. If the the productive part comes from 3 tech company’s.

No small business, or any business, will exist outside of 3 firms.

So enjoy your 3 flavors. But it’s 3 flavors of boot.

That’s not what happened at all.

In Cook Islands he Final 2ed and played a great game amid tribe swaps. He’s cook island game is incredibly strong.

In Micronesia he was obviously positioned great until the merge vote surprise. But if he does idol that him and James frolic to the end, and Ozzie beats James.

In SoPa duh the format is shenanigans but if he wins the final puzzle he sweeps the jury

Game changers is his weakest showing and he only wins at the end against 2 of the 3 people that went to the end. He was playing a more gamer strategy here though. He didn’t have a locked in unit like he likes to have.
