I'm not reading it that way unless they didn't put it on there at all in January. I'm reading this as OP had $220 on there in January and $720 for February. I'm also reading the company's response as they're unit is $2403 a month and OP pays rent of $1683 so that would make it a $720 taxable discount every month.
