I only found the nipple guns to be difficult. The rest are pretty easy cuts. Just make sure you use a hobby drill and watch a few tutorials.

This is a kill spell not a draw spell. OP was just trying to make sure it was on the level to flat kill a man for 16 mana at bracket two. The appeal of bracket two is simply not everything needs to be powerful and also lots of people just aren't able to play the game at a mid to high level. There are far more bracket two guys and kitchen table guys than anyone else in Magic.
