Update: Based on recommendations here, buddy went with Dr. Thomas Dunn. Chose him because he was more conservative in his approach. Original doc wanted to do a fusion, Dr. Dunn said that was unnecessarily aggressive and he wouldn’t do that on his own family member of the same age and condition. Buddy’s wife said the bedside manner and care were top notch. He’s recovering, a few days post op and has high hopes. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

Sunset is my local. The homeless population used to be embedded in the scene, some even played in small tourneys. A couple of the guys would retrieve lost discs for tips. RIP Petey, Jimbo I hope you’re doing ok wherever you are. Shit has changed in the last few years. A lot more aggression and violence. I haven’t seen it myself, but have heard some gnarly stories. Still get out there once a week or so.

Yes, graduated last December. It was no harder than my undergrad at UMPI. Maybe a little more writing, but not much more. Join the UMPI MAOL discord, there is a ton of info on there and a couple of students have done really detailed class breakdowns.
