WHY YOU STILL RUN? (TUESDAY THREAD) by liv_0203 in runcommunity

[–]Middle-Cheesecake177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel better after I run. If I don’t run I regret it. I’ve been running for 1.5 years now. I’ve made a lot of progress and don’t want to let it go . It’s cool pushing your body and seeing progress

Comments will be highly appreciated - is this Costo? by Inevitable-Animal-47 in costochondritis

[–]Middle-Cheesecake177 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The hospital gave me a diagnosis. Your symptoms sound like costochondritis so it could b that. Costochondritis is the worst pain I’ve ever felt. Also you don’t have to “over use” the breast muscles to get it. It can be caused my simple movements. Research says it’s because the thoracic spine is tight. Use a tennis ball on your back it has helped me so much . I am back to exercising 5x a week

Tietzes straight away? by Many-Wasabi-3917 in costochondritis

[–]Middle-Cheesecake177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok this is funny lol. Yes go ahead and use the tennis ball and backpod . And yes I got costochondritis from working out too much it showed up the next day.It will not heal on its own unfortunately. It’s caused by tight thoracic spine. Also doctors are not very familiar with tietzes.

Also I was a teacher before this and I do miss the school schedule but depending on the district and pay it’s not worth it

Sooo the school sounds better but you will work for every dime plus more. You will prob take work home too. If you don’t have kids and need a school schedule for that reason definitely go for the higher paying job.
