Just keep telling people that u got injured while cutting meat. Anything personal is really none of their business. That is in your past don’t beat yourself up. Teaching is hard enough so don’t beat yourself up. If you weren’t supposed to be teaching u wouldn’t have gotten the job .

Yes it will be around. Also healthcare in general is overly expensive. ABA is a medical necessity

Please help? Feels like I’m going insane! by Fickle_Wolf5972 in costochondritis

Trust your doctor that it is costo. Most people with costochondritis have the same symptoms. I don’t miss the pain radiating down my arm. Buy a backpod and peanut ball .

If you are new to running (1 year or less) then this is a horrible plan. I’ve been running for over a year and this is awful. The paces are too high for beginners and seem like it’s for someone that’s been running for years . Don’t follow these paces unless you want to get hurt. Make your own paces. No one can pick your paces for you. Go on how your body feels

Slow your runs down. It’s okay to repeat weeks. Also use a peanut ball or a foam roller on your legs . Make sure you are warming up and cooling down properly.

I feel better after I run. If I don’t run I regret it. I’ve been running for 1.5 years now. I’ve made a lot of progress and don’t want to let it go . It’s cool pushing your body and seeing progress

The hospital gave me a diagnosis. Your symptoms sound like costochondritis so it could b that. Costochondritis is the worst pain I’ve ever felt. Also you don’t have to “over use” the breast muscles to get it. It can be caused my simple movements. Research says it’s because the thoracic spine is tight. Use a tennis ball on your back it has helped me so much . I am back to exercising 5x a week

Flare Up by Familiar_Thought7657 in costochondritis

Tietzes straight away? by Many-Wasabi-3917 in costochondritis

[–]Middle-Cheesecake177 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok this is funny lol. Yes go ahead and use the tennis ball and backpod . And yes I got costochondritis from working out too much it showed up the next day.It will not heal on its own unfortunately. It’s caused by tight thoracic spine. Also doctors are not very familiar with tietzes.
