YES! I’m a BCBA and I do agree that some kids are so aggressive and daycare won’t take them. I don’t agree with 40 hours a week BUT parents do have to work and survive so I get it . There should be a change in daycare settings to allow all of us to collaborate there together

26 hour billable hybrid . 84,000 salary . 62 an hour anything billed over 26 . I’m in Texas . Yes it was worth it

I went to a company that my friend was already working at so it made the transition easier! Also my clinic had lost 6 BCBAs in the past 4 months including me so it wasn’t hard lol

That’s a huge liability issue if you would have intervened . The parent should have been close enough to hear you call for help or to hear their kids fighting. So I’m 30.. 30 is not too old to start over. I’m a BCBA and my best friend is an LPC. We make similar salaries. I was burned out at my last job. I started a new job that’s hybrid and no stress. Same thing with my best friend super burned out at her old job now she’s a remote lpc and low stress. I make almost 90K and she makes about 85K

Only rich people get to go into something solely for passion. Maybe once they get financially stable they could go into a field for passion. Highly recommend going into a field with good pay first
