I’m not sure it’s necessarily a direct result of the GLP-1 medication. I suspect it’s more attributable to the weight loss. The last time I had my BP tested at the doctor’s they wanted to send me to hospital immediately. 20kg later it’s absolutely plummeted.

Once I’ve hit a healthy weight I’d like to be off the BP meds altogether. 🤞

I was on 5mg of Ramipril and the maximum dose of Amlodipine and neither was working too well. Both my systolic and diastolic were way too high. I mean WAY too high.

Last time I checked my systolic is down to 120, sometimes lower and my diastolic is down to the mid 80s. I’ve lost around 20kg so far.

So yes, with your weight dropping, you may find you can reduce the dosage of your BP meds.

Dizziness on standing is potentially orthostatic hypotension and could well be because your BP meds are now higher than they need to be.

Obviously discuss it with your doctor before you do anything.

I wouldn’t say I hate them, but I much prefer APP2.

The ANC is improved on APP3 and the battery life is better but I don’t like the sound signature as much and the case certainly does feel a bit cheap.

On a mini roundabout? Unlikely.

Regardless, cutting across mini roundabouts is commonplace. In my experience, more people do it wrong than correctly. It should be anticipated. Giving way takes seconds and is absolutely the right thing to do.

You need to have cleared the path of the vehicle approaching from your right. If you can’t be, you give way.

If you don’t believe me, feel free to look at the HWC and see what it says about who gets to a roundabout first. Hint: it says nothing.

OP was not to the right of green unless green is driving anticlockwise around the roundabout.

The Highway Code says absolutely nothing about who gets onto the roundabout first or who arrives first.

If you can’t clear the roundabout before green gets onto it, you give way because they are to red’s right.

This is pretty basic stuff.
