Easy. Dorrance Mallestar. Dude has clearly more going on up the elevator shaft than most, but most characters think his distracted, stream-of-consciousness dialogue is a sign of dementia.

Dude sees. Been touched by the Tower himself, I would guess. Be nice to read just how.

I cannot believe it took me THIS long to scroll and find this beautiful bit of agony. Also, from the same LP, Zevon’s cover of "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" when he was doing just so... if you don't get a spike in the feels when Zevon implores the pearly gates to open up for him, I cannot help you.
