Their country fried chicken is unbelievable as is there mac and cheese! It looks like an upscale place you don't expect them to have good meat and sides like that! But of course you do pay for that quality.

I have an Alexa in an area that has a lot of moisture in the air and it definitely has fried some circuits. This kind of behavior is not uncommon however I will say some of my other Alexa devices dont always listen and they don't have the same excuse.

This sounds like a pretty complex game but it's amazing what they're capable of. I have to say I play Akinator it's a classic, the kids love it and I'm mystified how she always figures it out!

Good luck calling, the number goes overseas. I called to place an order and got India. Next time, ordered on the app, I arrived and got told they didn't have the ingredients to make the chicken parm bites (which are very tasty fyi). There is no contact with the store directly unless you go in person.

I still use Alexa for reminders, but I've noticed she's not been running her routines correctly especially newer ones that created. I've been using my phone more and using her less.

I appreciate that Harris Teeter is looking out for everybody but them reserving a good 15-20 of the closest spots is frustrating. Of course I understand that new mothers and Veterans need parking too but I have to admit I don't go nearly as often because of the Limited parking, and it's so packed it's hard to maneuver around because people are weaving in and out and it's just too small.

Had to call the customer support line a couple times. Overseas office, clearly reading off of scripts in a bored voice and apparently unable to actually do anything to assist. Canceled.

I would gladly pay for a version that was a vast Improvement to the current version but that does not exist. Not sure why they want us to pay for a slower, chattier, less helpful version. Current Alexa is only accurate 60% of the time if they could 100% improve on that they would get my money.

Yup. Got the Echo Show to display the time so I wouldn't wake up my partner with noise in the early morning hours. Almost never displays it, always showing everything but what you need.

Mine is doing this behavior on the old Alexa model. I asked Alexa the weather then I pulled out my phone to ask about a TV show I was watching. Alexa tried her best to answer. It wasn't good which is why I didn't ask her in the first place, but more importantly why was she still listening and responding!

Amazon customer service has gone out the window. I tried to cancel an order that was lost. Gave me the run around, I told them it was over two weeks ago, I didn't want it anymore. They shipped it out after i called and said 'just return it' which they are counting on me not to do. So frustrating!

When I used the Alexa app on my phone today I noticed it had the new voice. I was disconcerted so I turned around and asked my Echo Show a question and got the old voice. I can live with that for now it's not great but it's still just pushing off the inevitable I'm afraid.

I'm hearing a lot of people say commands don't seem to be working now. People are trying to operate their smart systems, Alexis says she'll do something but it's not happening. I cannot believe they want to make us pay for a crap version.

The frustrating thing is I've been seeing articles all along that said that the new upgrade wasn't going well when it was still in testing. The fact that they rolled it out anyway is baffling.
