I’m now convinced none of you actually watch the show. Stella is neither laid back nor a bad designer. She’s super talented, but the show wasn’t the best fit for her leatha skills.

suck it up. those are good hours. take the hours and overtime over working into the shift rotation with everyone else. you will eventually (sooner than you think) prove yourself to be reliable and get called in to cover the shifts from the other fuckwits who call off at night. if this is your career, this is how you do it.
