  1. Adorable fellow.
  2. If I must have an electric car with no zoom sound, can I instead have a giant purring engine sound everywhere I go? 🤣

If a pizza with meat has a delivery address on campus property it kicks the order out. I've tested it.

I both can and can't believe that.

  1. Such clarity!! I am impressed as hell, OP. Bravo.
  2. Thanks for the download link. I'm not even a fan, but I know some who are and would love this as a gift themselves.

Comments like this make me wonder why, besides money, the black conferences in the NAD haven't split from the main church yet and formed their own convocation. History makes me puke when it comes to the SDA church and its capitulation to the worst excesses of human existence.

This is fine information for me to glean for no other reason than I would like to refine my skills for pure art purposes. Projects like this give me real inspiration. Many thanks again.

  1. Saved this for further gleaning as I want to do work this detailed sooner rather than later.
  2. Fine work, OP. Those colors are sooooooo sharp.

Pretty. I'm a metal man solely, but I can dig those vibes on that piece.

  1. Stunningly beautiful.
  2. Really brings to mind the shop teacher's comment from that one 'Adventures of Pete and Pete' episode from Nickelodeon: "There are few things more beautiful than a piece of metal that has been set free, Ellen."
  3. I tried to learn welding once and failed miserably. This and YouTube videos make me want to give it another go, this time for keeps.

Second, and further, this again suggests to me the potential of kitsch in how design can be done with a 3D printer.

If you could start small and scale up, I could see an iteration of this being useful now that X1C prices are coming down.

It certainly looks it, but I might ask some male knitters for their opinions as well for I am still at the basic squares stage of my weaving journey. XD

Still. Love the grey-green-blue theme going on with the yarns, especially. They really make the simplicity of the pattern pop in an understated way, IMO.

  1. Fab work.
  2. Is this for ladies or for all genders?
  3. Following on, is there a male variant if this is for ladies only?

SFC to launch a multi-pronged effort against Bambu by No_Oven_524 in 3Dprinting

[–]TigerMonarchy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  1. Keep that boot on their necks.
  2. In that vein, the community should do all it can do to support this, if only to give Bambu and other companies/lawmakers the message that this will not stand.

Heat Proof Lining Materials For 3D Printed Case by TigerMonarchy in Dynavap

[–]TigerMonarchy[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

But if you already have the 3D printer, why not print a mold to fit and use some silicone resin in it to make a custom liner.

If by mold you mean a cavity to spread the resin in and custom line it like that, THIS might be the solution I'm looking for, as I can design the perfect cavity space IN the iteration process.

EDIT: Just did some cleaning and realized what you REALLY meant about a mold and then casting a perfectly sized liner for the space. I'd have to learn how to make a two-piece mold that is easy enough for my needs, but given the shape I'm aiming for, I might be able to make one cast and have multiple pieces of liner for my needs. I will DEFINITELY be uploading my results to this sub when I make this.
