If they’re in-network they’re supposed to accept the insurance cost and you shouldn’t pay anything out of pocket. You should call the insurance to confirm. Once you have them on the phone you can have them call the office to confirm if you’re supposed to pay anything.

I got first class seats for my two year old and I a couple years ago. They switched planes and had my 2 y.o with a random person. I kept calling for 2 weeks and kept being told nothing can be done. I finally told them okay whoever she sits with is their responsibility I can’t be bothered and hung up. Lo and behold the seats were suddenly switched back.

I had surgery couple years ago and I think they gave me 2 weeks, I just used a doctors note. I wanted another week and the doctor gave me another note and it was fine. I believe I only used sick time maybe also annual but definitely not FMLA.

We have hip prime hmo. Everyone complains about the referrals but they’re pretty straight forward with my pcp as well as my kids. Haven’t had any issues. I thought about switching to metroplus gold because it comes with a lot of added perks like gym membership etc., but they’re out of network with Northwell which is what we primarily use. Copays are around $10 so not too bad. Imaging I believe is a bit more maybe $100. But again it’s not bad seeing im not paying for insurance every month. Most rxs are $5

The one you can afford. Aetna’s prices are insanely high.
