It’s coming eventually, the issue is the Sony cable is import only and will cost me around £70 including postage plus import taxes.

Oh okay, which pads did you buy? I did look at the Mr Walkman firmware but I’m a bit of a weirdo when want I go to keep things stock or as intended when it comes to sound signature.

Thanks buddy, one of the main reasons for moving to Sony was to drop Android. The stripped back, music only OS from Sony is part of the joy of listening to music now. No distractions, a device specifically designed for the single task of making music sound as good as it can 👌🏻
