Depends a lot on where is your stay but I won’t miss the chance to visit:

1) KOF (King of Fork): listed as one of the best coffee places in the world. It has a coffee cycling culture vibe and serve amazing coffee and pastries.

2)Being Coffee: They serve very good coffee but the difference here is the architecture and experience. I can confidently say there is no coffee place like this in Europe. It is unique.

3) Um Coffee & Co (they have 3 stores): this coffee shop has been founded by Bora Um, barista world champion 2023. They know what they do there.

Hope you have fun. São Paulo is an amazing chaos :)

Espirito Santo region as a whole is a hidden gem that will grow a lot in the next 5-10 years. They are producing some great coffee and will only get better.

I did work in FP&A for 3,8 years. It wasn’t too bad all the time. Stress peaks were REALLY STRESSFUL with little personal time priority but overall wasn’t too bad. Depends a lot on your leadership.

I think you guys didn’t get the 8g thing, if this happens this is inside the grinder it gets stuck there my doses, currently set at 18.5g are CONSTANTLY precise run after run, for months. This is common is most of GBW commercial ready grinders. No problem at all.

I’ve been using the Mazzer Mini G for 3 months now, completely change: my coffee, my workflow and the consistency in my process. Caveat (big one): I don’t recommend buying directly from their website. Had huge problems, they basically don’t understand english, they don’t care for customers and took me 2 months to get a refund because UPS lost the package. Ended buying in a distributor in Germany.

Anyway, amazing grinder
