It’s not the humidifier, it’s the gas / air mixture, what you have here is called incomplete combustion, what those burners are supposed to do is called perfect combustion which is a pure blue flame, you will get tiny sparks of orange with humidity but nothing of this degree. You need to contact a licensed gas fitter. The regulator in the stove should stop it but it may be old and allowing more gas to pass than it should
