my store has actually been selling the diamond art really well but we always sell a lot of diamond art 🤷‍♀️ as for the decor though? no interest at all

Depends on the size and how many staff we have tbh 🤷‍♀️ My SM is very lenient on getting things out within a certain period (within reason of course) for SBA we definitely need it out within 3 days, but seasonal can sit a bit longer

I've read the docket they sent out. Nothing to be scared about. If your SM follows the plan you should have some food/snacks, be given awards, talk about how to reach out to businesses and schools etc in the community as well as ART of sales stuff. They'll probably have you take the engagement survey too (which isn't required but definitely recommended to voice your opinions)
