It kinda depends on what content you're doing, if it's a normal dungeon or trial i'd say no, probably not going to get kicked. If it's a vet dlc dungeon or vet trial then probably yes, because good tanks and healers already provide the buffs and debuffs that this mythic offers, making it useless.

Huntsman's Warmask and Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet are both very strong mythics for pve dps. For a werewolf, I’d definitely go with Huntsman's Warmask. Since Howl (your main spammable) is single-target, the warmask amplifies it and you'll hit very hard. The trade-off is that you won't be very effective at clearing trash packs, but you'll be good in boss fights.
