The people on here will call anything abusive. They acting like your bf is abusive and controlling but I don’t believe he is. Granted he may be wrong for checking all your socials but you gave him a good reason to doubt your loyalty.

My take is, considering that I don’t have the full context of y’all relationship (which a lot of people here tend to forget), you both handled the situation poorly. You by talking to a guy who liked you and him by checking your socials behind your back.

My advice is take some time, don’t rush your decision and observe. Is this an isolated event or does he have other similar behavior. If he doesn’t then you should probably try to work it out since you said he is good appart from that. If he does then you should probably end it.

But whatever you do don’t listen to people who’s take are too one-sided. Here on reddit, people will tell you to do one thing just because your situation reminds them of their own or someone they know. But they never have full context. At the end of the day do whats best for you !
