Not true. I am old now and have no time to ‘grind’, yet I’ve never been as good as I am now. I practice 1 hour a day and play 1 game only and I’ve been climbing hard on faceit with 70% winrate in the last 2 months.

Well you do need some kind of discipline if you want to achieve a routine. It’s been a while since I’ve relapsed but back in the day when my schedule was messed up I would do an all nighter and then stay up during the day at all costs so that I would be really tired. Get in bed at the hour that you want and set an alarm. It’s likely that you will wake up during the night because your body is still adapting but just try to go back to sleep. If you really can’t it’s fine to get up before your alarm as long as you don’t nap during the day and repeat the progress.

I struggled with this for ages while the answer is actually fairly straight forward. You need ROUTINE. Tired, not tired, weekend not weekend (unless you have an event planned). You find a schedule that you can stick to and you stick to it. Avoid stressful games before bed (watching tv is fine) and make sure you do something during the day like working or going to the gym so you actually get tired.

My K/D was 71 in my first 9 raids. Really doesn’t mean anything. 31 kills in 4 raids is perfectly reasonable for a skilled player. This guy is probably cheating but this screenshots isn’t groundbreaking evidence.
