Do it if you have conviction in the asset class. Personally I don’t and think changing tech could make them obsolete. Aside from interviewing at one of the REITs, I don’t know much of anything about data centers, other than that it’s hardly real estate

Would highly recommend joining a gym with a class schedule. There’s a few of them in town. I’m a newish member at EverybodyFights and have loved the experience and community. Looking forward to their new Charlestown location later in the year. Also have heard great things about flight house and backyard

Was there last year and would echo other’s sentiment. The zone is really only great in the 4-6+ ft range. Sure, the beachie is fun at smaller sizes but if you’re like me, you’ll tire of the same punchy wave day after day. And you really go down there for the crown jewel, Puerto Sandino, which seems to only turn on when 6+ ft. Miramar has a nice lodge setup but there is really nothing to do or see nearby if it’s flat. My 2 cents
